Supporting people to find work and improve their skills
JET supports people from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities, asylum seekers, refugees and people from new migrant communities to improve their skills and education and find work.

Supporting health and wellbeing of older people
Search Newcastle supports the health and wellbeing of older people across the Inner and Outer West of Newcastle. Search provides advice, activities and groups, as well as help for older people to live independently.

Sidestep, Action for Children
Action for Children’s Sidestep project works with children and young people from ages 11 to 18 years, recognising the vulnerabilities that contribute to the risks of criminal exploitation.

Success4All
Educational charity for young people
Success4All is as educational charity for children aged 8 to 18 working to capture their potential and create academic success.
“We understand from our years of experience that some children from certain areas are being left behind educationally, leading to an attainment gap between children of different financial backgrounds. To combat this educational inequality, we provide sustained interventions in safe after-school learning spaces. Our ‘Learning Hubs’ give children access to a range of resources – including workbooks, study guides, access to computers and the internet, but most importantly access to a trained volunteer tutor, overseen by a Learning Hub Coordinator.”
